Noma Copenhagen 2012 06
Noma take two! This time we lunched at Noma, who have just won for the third year in a row best restaurant in the world, 2010, 2011, 2012. http://www.theworlds50best.com/awards/1-50-winners/
Once again it was a great experience and everything was fantastic. The only thing that made it a lesser experience than our first time there was in it not being the same surprise and wow factor with each dish being a new experience.
With one diner not eating mussels, and another not eating raw meats or drinking alcohol we also had the opportunity to see a couple of substitute dishes and the paired juice menu, the latter being particularly impressive and consisting of, cucumber / dill, white currant / pine, celery / celeriac, carrot / juniper, beet / lingonberry, pear / verbena, elderflower.
Again, most impressive! Five stars. *****
